Systems architect. Anything with more than one moving part is a system, and every system either carries weight or leaks it. The work is knowing which, and knowing early.

Most systems end up being served instead of serving. The tool gets chosen first, so the work bends to fit the tool, and the people bend to fit the work. Nothing is broken. Everyone is busy. Nothing gets easier.

Build it the other way around. Watch how the work actually moves, learn who carries what, then shape the system to them. Cut what repeats, give every handoff one owner, and the thing starts to disappear. That is the goal. Nobody should have to think about the system in order to use it.

Christ settles the identity. Everything after that is obedience and execution.
